TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR HOME STAGING APPOINTMENTS

 

Please ensure that the person who will be present on the day of the Staging is aware of the following :

 

Stagings can take up to 3 hours depending on the size and state of the property.

 

The property MUST be CLEAN and TIDY on the day of the staging. WE ARE NOT A CLEANING SERVICE.

 

Any personal belongings or valuables should be removed prior to the staging. This includes but is not limited to personal photos and similar personal items. Bear in mind that the photos we take will be uploaded to the Internet - meaning that anyone has access to them.

 

Items may be added (i.e. Staging Props) or removed (decorative items) at the Stager’s discretion. This is because the aim of staging is to make a property as appealing as possible to as vast an audience as possible. Too many decorative items, for instance, can detract a viewer’s attention from that which is actually being sold, namely the property itself.

 

It is imperative that tenanted properties will have the OWNER present during the entire staging. Should this not be possible, please provide a signed document obtaining consent from the tenants PRIOR to the staging appointment, confirming that the tenant is aware of the staging process.

 

UNFURNISHED PROPERTIES CANNOT BE STAGED. PLEASE BOOK A PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION OR A VIRTUAL TOUR.

 

The Staging Team will wait for an agent / owner to open the property for a maximum of 20 mins after which they will leave. Should no one turn up to open the said property within this time, a Call Out Fee of €50 is applicable.

 

Should any of the requirements above not be met, the Staging Team reserves the right to leave the property, at which point a Call Out Fee of €50 will be incurred.
